DAWN MANDEVILLE, MD, FACOG, MSCP
Dr. Dawn Mandeville is a board-certified OB/GYN and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. She serves as Managing Partner of Atlanta Gynecology & Obstetrics in Decatur, Georgia, where her practice focuses on menopausal medicine, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, and complex obstetrical care. Recognized as one of Atlanta’s Top Doctors, Exceptional Women in Medicine, and a Top Black Doctor, Dr. Mandeville is deeply committed to advancing evidence-based care and elevating the conversation around midlife women’s health. She is a respected speaker and educator known for fostering thoughtful, informed dialogue on perimenopause and menopause. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Mandeville is an avid golfer, professional photographer, and a mixology enthusiast who created Menopause & Mocktails- a program that blends education with a delicious mocktail experience.
NATOSHA REID RICE

Natosha Reid Rice is a highly recognized transformational leader, global equity and inclusion strategist, attorney and impactful preacher.
She is currently Habitat for Humanity International’s Vice President of Housing Opportunities and Mission Engagement (HOME) and is leading the development and execution of Habitat’s global HOME strategy. Previously, as Associate General Counsel at Habitat, Natosha initiated and managed financing programs and strategies to generate sources of capital to enable Habitat affiliates to build affordable housing with families throughout the U.S.
In addition to her work at Habitat, Natosha served as an Associate Pastor at the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA for 11 years before serving as the Minister for Public Life at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Atlanta, GA.
Natosha puts her passion into action by serving on the following boards: the Executive Committee of the global Harvard Alumni Association, International Women’s Forum (GA chapter), Goodwill of North Georgia, the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, The Redress Movement (Board Co-Chair), the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership Inc. (ANDP), and Out of Hand Theater (Advisory).
In her free time, Natosha enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband, Corey and their adult children Kayla, Malachi and Caleb.

ROSE SCOTT
Rose Scott is an award-winning veteran journalist and the executive producer and host of Closer Look, the midday news program on Atlanta’s NPR station, 90.1 FM WABE. Her distinguished career includes interviews with Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, foreign heads of state, cabinet members, U.S. ambassadors, consul generals, and state and local leaders. She has anchored both national and international broadcasts. Scott’s honors include a Southeast Regional Emmy, Telly Award, Edward R. Murrow Awards, Atlanta Association of Black Journalists Award, Atlanta Press Club recognition, multiple Georgia Association of Broadcasters awards, and honors from the Georgia Associated Press. She frequently speaks to students about journalism, civic engagement, democracy, and a free press. Scott has delivered two college commencement addresses and received an honorary Doctor of Letters for her contributions to journalism and community engagement.

DENISE PINES
Denise Pines is an age enthusiast at the intersection of health, technology, and film who advocates for age empowerment and community health and stands at the forefront of midlife wellness for women. Founder of WisePause Wellness, a comprehensive pro-aging health, education, and workplace training platform, Denise also initiated the FemAging Project, which supports innovators and investors in the health and tech sector focusing on women aged 40 and above.
As the co-founder and CEO of Tea Botanics, Denise is the driving force behind Hot Flash Tea, a testament to her commitment to addressing menopausal challenges naturally. Denise serves as the President of the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, past president of the Medical Board of California, and Board member of the Federation of State Medical Boards.
Denise co-founded Women in the Room Productions and has produced 13 documentaries, including the award-winning Birthing Justice, and her recent film, The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, continues her mission, sparking conversations around menopause.
